Daily Diet
BF=150 g oatmeal/cereals + 1/2c nonfat
2nd BF = fruit
L= salad/ soup
D (before 6) = 1 pc fish+110g rice+ veggies
Drinks: Coffee or tea (black, 1 tsp of sugar) max 3
Water: min 1.5l
